Weissgold offspring have become successful hunters, jumpers and eventers. Their movement is correct, consistently coming from strong hind quarters and they possess good temperaments and beautiful expression. Weissgold's achievements include his CSHA Bronze Premium awarded through his results in dressage in Eastern Canada and then competing successfully with a Junior Young Rider Horse in Western Canada. He also showed good jumping technique in eventing.
Weissgold combines the refining blood of his thoroughbred dam with the prominent F-line Hanoverian stallions. His sire Wagner produced offspring who competed internationally in jumping and dressage, whose famous son Wanderer founded his own talented sire line at the State Stud Celle with consistent jumping ability and free movement. Weissgold's paternal great grandsire Ferdinand became famous as one of the best producers of jumpers in the world. His son Wendekreis had enormous influence on the Hanoverian breed, producing riding horses with excellent trainability. On Wagner's dam side, Gotthard claimed the title of the leading sire of showjumpers in Germany for seven years and was also influential as a broodmare sire producing Gogo Moeve, dam of the preferent KWPN stallion Voltaire.
September Gold was Champion Canadian Sport Horse, a stakes winner and a successful show horse. As a broodmare she produced two approved CSHA stallions and one approved mare. The bloodlines of War Admiral, Sickel, Nearco, Selene, Plucky Liege and Teddy are consistently seen in concentrations throughout the pedigrees of international eventing horses. Her maternal great grandsire Hyperion traces back to Bay Ronald a leading sire of showjumpers and eventers and foundation sire in Germany
