Return Policy
Simply send the item you wish to return, in its original condition, along with the packing slip (which is your receipt) that came with the order, within 30 days of shipment date. The shipment date of your order can be found on the packing slip. We cannot accept items shipped collect.
Shipping & Handling Rates
At Big Rock Equine we offer various options when shipping our products. The Stallion Guide publication can be shipped by standard mail, Federal Express or Xpress Post. The Mare Milker can only be shipped via Federal Express, UPS or Express Post in order that the product can be traced and insured in the event it is damaged or lost in transit.
